The Keynote Speaker for 2025 is Mike Ragsdale.
Mike Ragsdale, the founder of Tennessee Strategies—a consulting service catering to a diverse statewide clientele—served as the Mayor of Knox County from 2002 to 2010. During his time in office, he collaborated with Knoxville City Mayor Bill Haslam to implement a comprehensive plan aimed at addressing chronic homelessness in the region. Mayor Ragsdale will share his insights on homelessness and his experiences as a public official as the keynote speaker for Together We Thrive.
